Our client was in an automobile accident caused by dangerous road conditions. Numerous days before the accident, the road was reported to have a water leak and despite being notified, there was no immediate action taken to fix the water leak.

Drivers could not see the ice that developed and there were no warning signs on the road. Our client lost control of her automobile after coming in contact with the icy road.

As a result, our client suffered serious injuries including a severe traumatic brain injury, several skull, and facial fractures, cerebral edema, diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage, complex ear laceration, and a complex scalp laceration. Most, if not all, of these injuries, are permanent in nature. Rosen & Perry settled this case for $12 million dollars.
