Jennifer L. Webster

Jennifer is an experienced trial attorney who is passionate about giving a voice to those injured in medical malpractice and personal injury cases. While she is aggressive in the courtroom, she focuses on treating her clients with compassion and empathy in order to help them through what is often an extremely vulnerable time.

Attorney Webster is a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, a prestigious, invitation-only organization limited to 250 attorneys who meet rigorous standards for trial experience. She is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and has been consistently selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers since 2015, which is limited to the top 2.5% of eligible attorneys. She was named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40, and is included in the Marquis Who’s Who in America.

Jennifer has litigated over one hundred cases and has tried multiple cases to verdict, including acting as sole trial counsel while achieving one of Pennsylvania’s Top Jury Verdicts, as recognized by Verdict Search. She also argued the appeal of Stepanovich v. McGraw (Nos 1239 & 1296 WDA 2012, consolidated) before the Superior Court, one of the first post-Koken appeals regarding due process concerns for plaintiffs in UM/UIM (uninsured/underinsured motorist) cases.

Jennifer serves as treasurer of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers, is on the Board of Governors of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, serves on the membership committee of The Academy of Trial Lawyers, and is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the PA Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.

Additionally, Jennifer has been a guest lecturer at both the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and the University of Pittsburgh. She also teaches continuing legal education courses to her fellow attorneys through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
