Renee A. Metal

Ms. Metal has devoted her legal career to representing and protecting the rights of those injured as the result of medical malpractice, catastrophic commercial vehicle accidents, motor vehicle collisions, product malfunctions and defects, and premises liability accidents. In addition to handling these cases through all phases of litigation, trial, and settlement, Ms. Metal has earned a local and national reputation for the representation of clients at the appellate level, presenting and protecting clients’ rights before the highest tribunals of our judicial system. In so doing, Ms. Metal has obtained numerous landmark decisions not only on behalf of clients but decisions that have changed the lives and faces of victims’ rights throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and often the nation.

Along with representing clients through the legal process, Ms. Metal has recently and proudly taken on the role of Director of Litigation at Perry Calder Law, managing litigation portfolios, case assignments, attorney-client relations, the supervision of post-trial and appellate practice, and the oversight of all staff, paralegals, and legal assistants. Through her years as an Adjunct Professor with the Paralegal Institute at Duquesne University, Ms. Metal has come to recognize and appreciate that the best possible representation of clients includes not only the most qualified and experienced attorneys but also the best legal staff available. As Litigation Director, she ensures that each client receives both at every step of the litigation process.
