Patient Dies after Symptoms Ignored By Hospital Staff

Rosen Louik & Perry’s client developed necrotizing fasciitis, a soft tissue infection that is rare, but a very severe type of bacterial infection that can destroy the muscles, skin, and underlying tissue, that originated in the client’s left leg. Client presented to the emergency room but was discharged from the hospital because the symptoms were not taken seriously by the hospital staff, who failed to diagnose client’s serious infection.
