COVID-19 Update: Our Legal Team is Fully Operational.
In accordance with the State’s orders, our law offices in Downtown Pittsburgh have been temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 outbreak. In the meantime, our legal team has shifted to remote work and remains fully operational and we are still in communication with our existing clients via phone and email as we continue to work on their important cases amidst the pandemic.
Although life in the public domain has been placed on hold, the attorneys at Rosen & Perry understand that families in turmoil due to the careless acts of others still require immediate assistance. Be assured that our medical team and intake staff are conducting our screening process for medical malpractice and personal injury claims as usual and are available to speak with you today.
If you or a loved one has a medical malpractice or personal injury claim, or you simply have questions you’d like answered, please contact us as soon as possible. The statute of limitations puts a time limit on taking legal action, and although the courts systems have been closed to the public, the statutes of limitations have not been tolled, so don’t delay having your claim investigated.
The team at Rosen & Perry wishes you and your family good health in these trying times.
