Our Lawyers

All of our lawyers have dedicated their professional careers to representing victims of personal injury and medical malpractice. We are trial lawyers who have a deep commitment to representing our clients, and to seeking and gaining your trust. We fully understand the physical and psychological trauma that our clients sustain as a result of devastating injury. We treat every case as the most important case in our office. Through our efforts, the majority of cases which we handle settle prior to trial. However, we are always ready, willing and able to bring a case to trial.

Besides winning scores of major verdicts and settlements, the attorneys at Rosen Louik & Perry, P.C. have been recognized by a number of professional organizations and publications. Neil R. Rosen, Jon R. Perry and Michael Louik have been named as Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. This honor is awarded to only the top 5% of state-wide lawyers. Renee Metal was also named a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2006.

Neil Rosen has been selected as one of the top 50 lawyers in Pittsburgh for four consecutive years. Neil Rosen has also been named in the 2006 and 2007 edition of “The Best Lawyers in America” for both medical malpractice and personal injury law. Selection for Pennsylvania Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America is based upon a survey of the nation’s top lawyers who confidentially vote their peers for selection.

In addition, Neil, Jon and Michael are all members of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an organization dedicated to the preservation of the jury trial process. Membership in this organization is limited to 250 attorneys. Admission to the Academy is by invitation only. Michael Louik is a past president of this prestigious organization.

Since 2000, Jon Perry has been annually recognized in Marquis’ Who’s Who in American Law and Who’s Who in the World. For over 100 years, Who’s Who has been the most well respected bibliographic reference of notable American leaders and achievers.
